QUANTITY SURVEYOR – LTA PROJECT Experience

• Remuneration package: $4,000 to $6,500

• LTA Project experience

Responsibilities

• To study & understand tender drawings & contract document.

• BQ for tender or variation submission.

• Preparing substantiation document for claim purpose.

• Ensure tender or VO submission is on time.

• Sourcing quotation from subcon and supplier and carry out comparison of quotation.

• Taking off quantities for tenders or site projects.

• Pre-tender/ site project estimates and prepare documentation.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related

• Experience with LTA project
