QUANTITY SURVEYOR (M & E)

ROLES:

·       Taking off quantities, pricing and preparationof tender submission

·        Prepare Bills of Quantity

·        Source for sub-contractors and suppliers,evaluation of price comparison and costing summary

·        Analyze project specifications torecommend cost-saving measures

·        Assist Project Team for Variation Works,Progress Claim and Cost Control

·        Monitor and keep track of project cost asper planned schedule and budget

·        Measure and determine amount of work doneat stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors

·        Assist in the settlement of final accountswith client, suppliers, and sub-contractors

·        Carry out contract administration duties

·        Perform any other duties as assigned bythe Management from time to time.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS

·       Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveyingor equivalent from a recognized institution / University

·       At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field

·       Be able to take instructions and workindependently

·       Good communications skills, able to interactwith people of all levels

·       Able to work well in a team
