Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Basic information

• Salary UP $4500
• Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
• Location: Kaki Bukit

Job scope

• Develop accurate cost estimates and project budgets by reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis for MEP systems, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary works.
• Track project expenditures, monitor cost variations, and recommend cost control and value engineering strategies to enhance profitability.
• Prepare tender submissions, assess quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and support procurement processes.
• Manage MEP contract administration, including variations, claims, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential cost and contractual risks and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
• Produce regular cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses to support project and management decisions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure all MEP works comply with relevant regulations, codes, standards, and quality requirements.
