Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical)

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare tender proposals, and analyze tender submissions 

• Validate cost plans and review technical specifications prepared by technical consultants.

• Drive cost planning and control that involves outline and detailed approximate cost.

• Study contract documents, handle progress claims, and variation orders 

• Tendering: 

• Documentation: Collect data, prepare bills of quantities, and ensure documentation is well-prepared 

• Site surveys: Attend and evaluate site surveys 

• Collaboration: Work closely with the project team to submit progress reports and final accounts 

Responsibilities:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the building/data centre/hospitality industry is an added advantage.

• Perform Quantity Surveyor in mechanical field is preferred. 

• Assists in project costs and contractual agreements
