Prepare and Submit Quotations to Clients: Involves creating competitive and accurate quotations based on project requirements. 

Prepare Monthly Claims and Certification of Sub-Contractor Claims: Involves managing financial claims and certifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms

Prepare Tender Documents and Invite Sub-Contractors for Tenders: Involves drafting tender documents and managing the tendering process to select subcontractors.

Administering Contracts: This involves overseeing contract execution, ensuring compliance with terms, and resolving any disputes that may arise.

Perform Other QS-related Duties as Assigned
