Quantity Surveyor (Precast Tender)

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for precast and building projects.
• Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and specifications.
• Review quotations from suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Support tender pricing, submission, and budget preparation.
• Assist in contract administration and documentation.
• Manage variation orders and cost adjustments.
• Conduct interim valuations and review payment claims.
• Prepare final accounts and support cost-related matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum1–2 years of relevant experience in Singapore’s building construction industry, preferably with tendering or precast-related exposure.
