Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and compile tender documents for procurement and quotations.
Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings using PDF and/or AutoCAD.
Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and preparation of variation orders under guidance of Deputy/ Contracts Manager.
Liaise with other departments to collect information required for cost submission and procurement.
Assist in reviewing payment requests and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
Attend site meetings for coordination of quantities and costs.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and PDF software for quantity take-off and measurements.
2 to 7 years of experience in a procurement-related role or construction background preferred.
Strong experience in contracts management, claims, and cost control.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Work Location: Two positions are available. Successful candidates will be assigned to either our Redhill or Tampinesoffice, depending on the position offered
