Quantity Surveyor, Up to $4,500

Salary: S$3,800 – S$4,500 (depending on experience)

5-day work week.

Based at project site office.

Job Responsibilities

• Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and supporting documents.
• Process subcontractor and supplier payment claims.
• Prepare variation orders, cost estimates, and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and monitor project progress.
• Assist with Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and other commercial matters.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Civil Engineering, Material Engineering, ora related discipline.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry.
• Familiar with construction contracts and cost management.
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
