Quantity Surveyor - Up to $7000 (5 days work week)

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Junior/Senior)

Salary: $4,000 – $7,000 per month

Work Schedule: 5-day work week

We are hiring a detail-driven Junior Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full financial control of construction projects for Singapore main contractor. If you excel at budget discipline, contract negotiation, and cost forecasting, this role puts you at the center of high-impact builds.

Key responsibilities: Quantity Surveyor (Junior)

Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and project budgets.

Run tender processes, from documents to bid evaluation.

Track project costs, variations, and site measurements for interim payments and final accounts.

Liaise with contractors, clients, and consultants on all cost-related matters.

Assist contract administration, including claims and contract reviews.

Additional responsibilities: Quantity Surveyor (Senior)

Lead the QS team and drive cost management strategy across multiple projects.

Negotiate and finalise contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all contract activities.

Provide senior management with cost-saving solutions, risk assessments, and financial forecasts.

Prepare and present financial reports to project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Diploma / degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.

For Junior: 1–3 years relevant experience in main contractor; for Senior: 5+ years with proven track record in main contractor.

Familiar with construction contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA, or similar).
