REBAR SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10 or more rebar workers to deliver quality construction outcomes
• Arrange and coordinate daily manpower deployment to meet site demands efficiently
• Liaise with main contractors to identify and resolve technical issues promptly
• Coordinate job scopes for NTS workers, ensuring all tasks comply with safety standards
• Supervise all rebar works performed by workers and team leaders to maintain quality and safety
• Adapt work schedules flexibly according to site requirements and conditions
• Perform physical tasks including carrying heavy construction materials as needed
• Work effectively under outdoor conditions, including exposure to hot weather
• At least 2 years’ experience at Rebar works.
• For site Manpower arrangement
• Coordinate job scope for NTS workers, Ensure workers are allin a safe working manner.
• Need to handle & Supervise all rebar works with theprovided rebar workers & team leaders.
• Need to Work in flexible timings as per the site situation.
