Rebar Supervisor

Job Summary

Rebar Supervisors oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of reinforcing steel installation on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of rebar workers to achieve daily task completion and maintain smooth workflow
• Read and interpret construction drawings to prepare Bar Bending Schedules and update rebar shop drawings using AutoCAD for accurate project execution
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and enforce safety standards on site
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to manage delivery schedules and resolve site discrepancies efficiently

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess WSQ Certification in supervising construction work for Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
• Demonstrate ability to lead and collaborate effectively with a team of foreign workers

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience

Other Information

• Work schedule includes a 6-day work week
