RESIDENT ENGINEER

·       Supervise Mechanical and Electrical works inaccordance with approved drawings, specifications and statutory requirements.

·       Coordinate with contractors, consultants andauthorities on project execution.

·       Review method statements, shop drawings andinspection requests.

·       Witness testing and commissioning activities.

·       Monitor construction progress, quality and safetyperformance.

·       Prepare supervision records, reports and sitedocumentation.

·       Resolve technical issues and provide timelyrecommendations

·       Prior exposure to airside environments andrequirements is preferred.

·       Conversant with statutory codes, authorityrequirements, and industry standards relating to Mechanical and Electricalworks, including site supervision, quality assurance and quality controlprocedures, safety and health management, contract administration, and progressreporting.

·       Possess strong technical knowledge in M&Esystems and services with the ability to analyze, manage, and resolve site technicalissues effectively and promptly.

·       Demonstrate strong supervision, coordination, and leadership skills in managing M&E works and interfacing with civil, architectural, and specialist contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

·       Ensure that M&E works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and contract requirements, and witness testing and commissioning activities where necessary.

·       Monitor construction progress and coordinate with contractors and relevant authorities to ensure timely completion of M&E installations and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

·       Possess sound knowledge of M&E systems such as ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, ELV, Communication Systems, and Building Management Systems relevant to the project.
