RESIDENT ENGINEER

·       Supervise Resident Technical Officers.

·       Manage day-to-day construction supervision.

·       Review contractor's method statements.

·       Review shop drawings and technical submissions.

·       Coordinate with QP(S), contractors and LTA.

·       Ensure compliance with Building Control Act, BCA requirements and LTA specifications.

·       Review inspection and test plans (ITP).

·       Monitor structural works including foundations, substructure and superstructure.

·       Monitor temporary works, ERSS and excavation works where applicable.

·       Review contractor's quality assurance documentation.

·       Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

·       Attend technical meetings and design coordination meetings.

·       Monitor construction programme and project milestones.

·       Assist QP(S) in statutory supervision duties.
