Resident Engineer

RE (C&S)

Job Roles &Responsibilities:

• Supervise all site construction works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure all site activities comply with BCA regulations, statutory requirements, and project quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities on technical and construction matters.
• Conduct site inspections and witness testing of materials and completed works.
• Monitor construction quality, progress, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Review construction submissions including shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
• Prepare site reports, maintain project documentation, and attend coordination meetings.
•  Assist the Superintending Officer in contract administration and project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Accredited with IES
• University degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized for PE registration under PE Act or universities that are specified by the Commissioner of Building Control.
• At least 5 years of site supervision experience on building projects.
• Good understanding of Singapore construction regulations and quality management.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Candidate with experience in jack-in piling and post-tensioned structures will have an advantage.
