Job Summary

Lead site supervision for a construction project starting August 2026, ensuring compliance, quality, safety, and timely progress through effective coordination and technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site supervision activities to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes on site to maintain high construction standards
• Monitor project progress against schedule, identify delays or risks, and communicate them proactively
• Coordinate effectively with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Authorities to facilitate smooth project execution
• Review and approve method statements, material submissions, and shop drawings to ensure compliance and suitability
• Enforce strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Conduct regular site inspections and lead site meetings to address issues and track progress
• Review and endorse site reports, inspection records, and progress documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Provide timely technical advice and resolve site-related issues to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction supervision experience
• Experience in infrastructure or building works in Singapore
• Registration with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) as a Civil & Structural Resident Engineer (C&S RE)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in steel structural works
