Resident Surveyor (LTA Project)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all surveying work during the full phases of the civil project
• Leading a team of surveyors to ensure that all control points are accurately taken during construction progress.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Possess a Diploma in Land Surveying or Geo-spatial information and technology
• Experience: Have minimum 8 years of working experience in Civil Projects (at least $200milion or higher value) for this position and had completed 1 project as a LTA recognised resident surveyor
• Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in providing accurate information to the site team and clients
• A registered Resident Surveyor with Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV)
