Job Summary

You will carryout site supervision activities for the HDB project, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving quality and safety outcomes on site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements under the Building Control Act and Regulations
• Review, evaluate, and assess method statements to ensure safe and effective execution of construction activities
• Supervise and enforce site quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials
• Coordinate site works proactively to uphold construction safety and minimize risks to personnel and assets
• Collaborate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to fulfill statutory duties and project requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum diploma in Civil or Structural discipline or NCCS or equivalent.
• Accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as Qualified Site Supervisor (RTO-C&S)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supervising civil works similar in nature

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working on HDB projects is preferred.
