RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

·        1.The RTO Shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works,including structural elements for architectural work, building services,electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works forcompliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

·        2.The RTO shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work orlate night supervision and project management work.

·        3.The RTO shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WSrequirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW)etc.

·        4.The RTO shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel, Power-point and maintainingof proper daily work progress record.
