Job Description - Resident Technical Officer

Carry out the duties required as site supervisor under the Building Control Act and Regulations or other duties as required by other Authorities;
Conduct site inspections and review, evaluate & assess method statements in relation to the project;
Supervise and enforce site quality control;
Responsible for the co-ordination of site works to ensure construction safety;
Experience supervision of Substation and M&E would be an advantage;
Degree / Diploma from recognized tertiary institution;
Registered with IES/ACES JAC as RTO (C&S);
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the supervision of works similar in nature to the civil works;
Prior to SPPG project experience would be an advantage;
Singaporean / SPR is preferred.
