Resident Technical Officer (5.5 Days)

Responsibilities:

• Supervises construction works to ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and safety regulations.
• Represent clients, inspect materials/workmanship, and coordinate with contractors for projects like roads, buildings, and infrastructure
• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high construction quality, often using specialized inspection equipment.
• Ensure contractors follow regulations set by authorities such as LTA, PUB, NEA, and BCA.
• Maintain detailed records, including daily reports, site photos, and technical reports for clients.
• Act as a liaison between consultants, contractors, and Qualified Persons (QPs) to resolve technical issues.
• Read and interpret structural, civil, or M&E drawings

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in civil and structural experience in building or infrastructure projects
• Proficient in preparing site inspection reports and technical documentation.
