Resident Technical Officer (Architectural)

·       Oversee and supervise architecturalworks to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with projectspecifications.

·       Monitor construction activities onassigned projects to ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards,and contractual requirements.

·       Review architectural drawings anddetails, and identify or track any engineering changes throughout the projectlifecycle.

·       Coordinate and collaborate closelywith architectural consultants, design team and project stakeholders on designand site-related matters.

·       Conduct inspections of site works,material submissions, mock-ups, and project samples to ensure quality andcompliance standards are met.

Minimum 8years of architectural experience with Diploma in relevant field, and at least5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scaleand complexity in local context.

RegisteredResident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES/ACES.

The Resident Technical Officer shall be fulltime at site, not less than 6 months before BSC and until CWW is obtained.
