Job Description - Resident Technical Officer (C&S) - Office Building

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution is preferred
Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or approved equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution
At least 10 years’ working experience with at least 5 years’ experience as a Resident Technical Officer
Extensive experience in the supervision of bored piles, diaphragm wall, deep basement construction, structural steelworks and reinforced concrete construction for high-rise buildings.
Check shop drawings submission
Registered with IES as Resident Technical Officer
Must be able to work on shift
Work location: Near Buona Vista MRT
Project Type : Office Building
Contract duration: Approx. 22 months
Able to start work by: Sep 2026
