Resident Technical Officer (M&E)

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily mechanical and electrical works site inspection to ensure all works comply fully with the regulatory and client's requirements
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project
• Responsible for implementing and sustaining the site supervision quality and safety assurance system
• Keep accurate and detailed site records
  

Requirements

• Accredited RTO(M&E) with IES
• Possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 10 years post tertiary experience, of which 2 years must be in the supervision of Commercial/Residential/Healthcare/Infrastructure projects
• Experience in installations, testing & commissioning of major electrical/Mechanical systems
• Good supervisory and co-ordination skills
