Resident Technical Officer (SG00519.00)

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in supervision of Civil & Structural Works including Structural Demolition (RC and Steel) Works, micropile, borepile, steel structures, A&A works related and existing structures strengthening.
• Particular experience in supervision of structural steel works.
• Particular experience in supervision of architectural and M&E works will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

• A&A works involving structural strengthening to the existing building.
• New steel and concrete buildings and new steel roof above existing buildings.
• External works.
• Schedule is from early September 2026 to October 2027.
