Resident Technical Officers

Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for the quality and safety completion of QP(S) supervision works.

• Work closely with QP(S), Resident Engineer and other Resident Technical Officers and contractors to resolve site issues, and ensure timely completion of the project.

• Supervise and Inspect site activities to ensure all site works compliance with (i) BCA Regulatory & Control Act

• Carry out regular site checks and ensure compliance with health and work safety in accordance with MOM regulation.

• Promote and safeguard the reputation & positive image of the company.

• To follow-up ISO Procedures

• Accredited with IES, min. 3+ years supervision experiences including experiences instructural steel works, A&A works.
