Job Description - ROOF TILER

Inspecting roofs for structure, damage, and potential leaks before starting work.
Measuring, marking, and cutting tiles or panels to fit irregular spaces and edges.
Mixing and applying bedding mortar or adhesive and securing tiles with nails or clips as required.
Installing underlayment, flashing, ridge caps, and drip edges to prevent water intrusion.
Aligning and spacing tiles for uniform appearance and optimal performance.
Cleaning surfaces, removing debris, and sealing joints to extend roof life.
Repairing damaged tiles and sections of roofing as needed during maintenance projects.
Coordinating with general contractors, electricians, and other trades on site.
Maintaining tools, equipment, and safety gear, and reporting any hazards.
