Job Description - Safety Coordinator

Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health requirements and rectify unsafe work conditions.

Organize and deliver safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and emergency preparedness drills for staff.

Lead root-cause investigations for accidents and near-misses, and enforce corrective/preventative actions.

Maintain rigorous safety logs, compile statistical reports, and handle necessary compliance paperwork.

Ensure the worksite adheres to local authorities and labor laws (e.g., OSHA in the US or MOM WSH) in Singapore.

Identify WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices.Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to team members.

Support WSH incident and accident investigations.

Support implementation of actions to improve WSH performance and control risks.
