Safety Coordinator

We Are Hiring: Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Coordinator (Full-Time)

Are you a proactive safety professional dedicated to maintaining high workplace safety standards? We are looking for a full-time WSH Coordinator to join our team and oversee day-to-day safety operations on the ground.

If you have a sharp eye for hazard identification, a solid understanding of safety compliance, and a passion for training and empowering workers, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Inspections & Monitoring: Conduct daily site inspections and closely monitor ongoing work activities to ensure a safe working environment.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to local workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Recommendations & Continuous Improvement: Identify potential hazards, provide practical safety recommendations, and implement corrective actions.

• Worker Training & Briefings: Conduct safety induction, tool-box meetings, and ongoing safety training for workers to foster a strong safety culture.

• Incident Management: Assist in investigating safety lapses or incidents and prepare detailed safety reports.

Requirements:

• Certification: Must possess at least a WSH Level B certification (Advanced Certificate in WSH) or equivalent.

• Experience: Proven experience in conducting site inspections and managing day-to-day safety compliance.

• Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively deliver training and influence safety behaviors on-site.

• Attributes: Detail-oriented, firm on safety principles, and able to work independently.
