Lead daily toolbox meetings to communicate safety protocols and updates, ensuring team engagement and awareness.
Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory workplace safety and health requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct thorough safety inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions promptly to mitigate risks.
Promote and enforce workplace safety rules and regulations to foster a culture of safety and prevent accidents.
Maintain, update, and securely retain all relevant safety records and certificates in accordance with regulatory authority requirements.
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Qualified Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Coordinator certification under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Workplace Safety & Health, preferably within the construction industry.
Demonstrate readiness to commence work on short notice or immediately.
