SAFETY OFFICER

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce workplace safety and health policies at construction sites.
• Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and MOM requirements.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and unsafe practices; prepare reports and corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety training.
• Monitor workers’ compliance with PPE and safety procedures.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and government authorities on safety matters.
• Maintain proper safety records and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Possess valid Singapore registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) certification.
• Minimum experience in construction site safety management preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore WSH Act and construction safety regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site safety effectively.
