Sales & Business Development Officer

Our client is a well-established multinational company in the construction and engineering industry is hiring for Sales & Business Development Officer. This role will support the sales team through the management of business development data, market intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales pipeline records, client and competitor information, as well as market intelligence data.
• Responsible for improving operational efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and preparing reports and presentation materials for HQ
• Maintain internal databases and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying manual processes and implementing automation solutions such as Power BI and Power Automate.
• Prepare meeting materials, tender-related documents, and presentation decks.
• Ensure proper documentation and data management in compliance with the Company’s Management System.

Required Competencies

• Min 3 years of experience in developing dashboards using Power BI and creating workflow automation solutions through Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Familiarity with Digital Transformation (DX)initiatives and practices.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related disciplines
• Prior working experience within the construction or engineering industry
