SALES & CONTRACT MANAGER

DUTIES

You shall devote your time, knowledge, skill and attention in the performance of your duties in and out of the company if the exigencies of the work so require, on Sunday and public holidays and at such hours as may be required.

You shall not during the continuance of this contract except with the knowledge and written consent from the company, engage or interest yourself whether for reward or gratuitously, in any activity which would interfere with the performance of your duties with this Company.

You must not, without the consent from the company remove any company's properties (including the deletion or removal of any company data) from the office.

You shall not disclose to any third party at all time during your service with the company or thereafter, any secrets, transactions or information in the company, which may come within your knowledge or possession in the course of your employment with the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To responsible for ensuring that precast products and construction is being promoted to developments, consultants and relevant parties

To responsible to coordinate with Technical and Finance department during the tendering exercise for relevant inputs

To ensure proper communication to all levels

To carry out any other duties in which the company may assign to you with prior notice by the Company

To presentation to Developer & Consultant

To presentation of Preliminary Proposal

To conformation of Final Proposal

To coordination with Consultant

To tendering Exercise

To obtaining L.A

Requirements:

Possess Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering

Minimum 3 year proven track record in construction sales, ideally in structural or precast sector

Good knowledge and contacts within Singapore Construction sector

Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately

Preference will driving Class 3 license with/without own transport

Singaporean or PR only
