Sales & Marketing Executive

The opportunity

As our Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base across the East Region. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales and marketing expertise to promote our industry-leading, one-stop passive fire protection solutions to new and prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, follow up promptly, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively while handling customer feedback, complaints, and objections professionally.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for improved results.
• Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with agreed schedules.
• Continuously enhance product and technical knowledge to better serve customers and support sales activities.

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma qualification or at least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
• Experience working with architects, consultants, or contractors will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport.
• Energetic, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
• Willing to acquire technical knowledge related to company products.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
