Job Summary

We invite experienced individuals to join as Sales & Marketing Executive, responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and delivering market insights to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s products and services to increase brand visibility and sales
• Gather, analyze, and summarize market and industry information, including competitor trends, to inform strategic decisions
• Generate and qualify sales leads by conducting regular client visits, understanding client needs, and identifying new marketing opportunities
• Prepare and deliver sales performance reports to track progress and inform management
• Develop and expand the client base through proactive outreach and relationship building

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
• Demonstrate passion and commitment to achieving set sales goals
• Exhibit self-drive and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment
• Apply high-level communication and networking skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to support reporting and communication tasks
• Manage work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
• Utilize good negotiation skills to close sales and secure favorable terms
• Work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
• Preferably possess own transport to facilitate client visits and sales activities
