Sales & Marketing Manager (Construction Sector)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing clients, and promoting the company's services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.
• Support tender submissions and business development activities.
• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote the company's services.
• Manage company marketing materials, website, and social media platforms.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
• Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports for management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, marketing, or business development experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
