Job Description - Sales Consultant - Commercial Renovation

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial renovation. This role involves meeting with customers, Quantity Surveyors (QS), main contractors, and agents to promote our services and secure new projects. A personal two-wheeler/four-wheeler vehicle and laptop are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Meet with potential and existing customers to understand their renovation needs and present our services.
  • Project Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with Quantity Surveyors, main contractors, and agents to identify and secure new commercial renovation projects.
  • Market Expansion: Actively seek and create opportunities to expand our market presence and client base.
  • Presentation and Communication: Clearly articulate the benefits of our renovation services and address any client queries or concerns.
  • Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare and present project proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, project progress, and market insights to management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in commercial renovation is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills is Required. Proficiency in Chinese, English, Malay is required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales or project acquisition within the renovation or construction industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in using a personal laptop for work-related tasks.
  • Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler vehicle for commuting to meet clients, and stakeholders and to the office
