Job Summary

Drive business growth by developing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing technical support for fire protection projects. Collaborate with sales and project teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to support business growth and achieve sales targets
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base within the assigned market
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to provide technical support that ensures smooth project execution
• Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions
• Deliver product and technical solutions tailored to customer needs and project specifications
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote solutions and build business relationships
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and updates for the Sales Manager to inform strategic decisions
• Manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining organization and self-motivation
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support team and company objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in fire protection, M&E, engineering sales, or related industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits
