Position Summary

We are looking for passionate, customer-focused, and self-motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Sales Executive. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving Aegis’ profitability and growth objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer bases to achieve sales targets.
• Manage regular sales activities including customer management and tender submissions.
• Review project specifications and prepare quotations, costings, and sales reports.
• Analyze target markets and develop engagement strategies.
• Provide direction and support to sub-contractors and the project team.
• Monitor project progress and prepare monthly sales forecasts for management.
• Attend site coordination and technical meetings; prepare minutes of meetings.

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)

• Diploma in Project Management /Engineering
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar role preferably in preventive maintenance and/or construction industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Resourceful & meticulous
• Positive mindset with "can do attitude"
• Analytical and well organized

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $3,500 – $5,500 per month (depending on experience)
