Business Development
· Identify new business opportunities by analysing industry trends and client needs.
· Qualify leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
· Meet clients to understand their objectives and propose tailored solutions.
· Maintain a sales pipeline from initial inquiry to project award.
· Work with marketing and business units to attract new project opportunity.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
· Engage key stakeholders to identify upcoming project needs.
· Present company solutions and provide updates on products and services.
· Ensure excellent after-sales support to strengthen client satisfaction.
Tender & Proposal Management
· Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and RFQs for new projects.
· Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Finance, Procurement, Legal) for tender inputs.
· Review contracts for compliance, propose mitigation for any risk when necessary.
· Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients and sub-contractors.
Project Administration & Execution
· Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation, renewals, and compliance.
· Ensuring Defect Liability Period compliance.
· Coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors to meet quality and project timeline requirements.
· Monitor project performance and resolve any contractual issues.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
· Ensure project activities comply with current IMS and BCM standards.
· Work with QC to track client feedback and improve service quality.
· Gather post-project feedback to enhance future sales and project execution.
Reporting & Team Collaboration
· Prepare sales reports highlighting performance and opportunities.
· Collaborate with management and internal teams for smooth project execution.
· Perform other duties assigned by Assistant Manager.
