Sales Executive – Construction / Building Materials

Location: North Region, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Basic Salary: $3,200 – $4,000 +Transport Allowance (Car/or Motorbike) + Petrol Card

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join a growing team in the construction and building materials industry. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with stakeholders across construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by management
• Develop new business opportunities within the construction market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, anddealers
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress
• Prepare customer analysis and identify growth potential
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams regarding market trends and project updates
• Ensure timely coordination on payment terms and customer accounts
• Provide product support, troubleshooting, and basic training to customers when required

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials industry
• Experience in project-based selling will be an advantage
• Possess own car or motorcycle for site visits
• Candidates without a vehicle must be willing to obtain one within 1 year
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
