Sales Interior Designer

Who We Are:

We are a fast growing and one of the most competitive direct contractor and innovative interior design firms in Singapore. We produce kitchen cabinets with features that other IDs and contractor simply cannot do. We have our own workers (carpenters, tilers, plumbers, painters, partition, demolition, electrical, etc.), factories and product warehouses to support timely completion of our renovation projects. We are particularly strong in kitchens, toilets and vinyl flooring renovations.

If you have a few years of experience in interior design/renovations, and would like to easily double or triple your income, we would like to meet you. It is very easy to close sales with all our competitive advantages in the market. We also welcome designers without experience. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.

Working Location: Just opposite Paya Lebar MRT

Responsibilities:

- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients

- Site & project management from inception to handover

- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines

- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors and own workers to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements:

- Competent knowledge and passion for excellence in design

- Site and project management experience

- Working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet software

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD would be advantageous

- Preference for candidates who are bilingual

- Creative thinking, innovative, confident & positive working attitude

- Great sense of ownership and responsibility

- Meticulous, efficient, well organized and able to multi-task

- Able to work independently & as a team to meet project timelines

- Self-motivated and sales target driven

- Responsible, proactive & good work attitude

- Outspoken, not afraid to speak with people

- Required language(s): English and other languages

- Training will be provided
