Job Description - Sales Manager

Core Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, and onboard sales staff. Host regular coaching sessions and track team KPIs.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic business plans to hit revenue targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction materials, including their applications, technical characteristics, advantages, limitations, and competitive positioning against similar products in the market.
  • Performance Management: Monitor the sales pipeline, manage department budgets, and report on sales activity.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build key client partnerships and step in to resolve complex customer issues or negotiate high-value deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing on lead generation and product teams to improve client messaging.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Leadership & Motivation: Ability to inspire a team, foster a performance-driven culture, and resolve conflicts.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and refine sales techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Chinese in both speaking and writing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Education & Experience: Typically requires a diploma in Business, leadership or a related field, alongside proven success as a sales representative or manager.
