Job Description & Requirements

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1.  Manage export and domesticcustomers.

2.  Maintaining customer relationshipand develop and onboard new export or domestic customers. 

3.  Maintain optimal sales volume,product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand,changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

4.  Provide technical assistance to newand existing customers.

5.  Prepare quarterly, half yearly andyearly sales budget and ensure budget is achievable.

6.  Perform quarterly, half yearly andyearly sales budget review and explain the variances.

7.  Oversee coordination with relevantdepartments on meeting customers’ requirements.

8.  Prepare sales quotation for allexisting and new customers.

9.  Submit application for customercredit limit and terms.

10.               Follow-up on customers complaintsaccording ISO9001:2015 management procedures.

11.               Manage sales coordinator and developsales team.

12.               PIC of ISO9001:2015 customersrelated management procedures.

13.               Other duties as assigned.

1.  Basic salary +High Commission

Requirements

1.  Minimum diploma or degree in anydiscipline. Other qualifications with relevant work experiences will beconsidered.

2.  Minimum1-3 years working experiencein metal, steel, engineering, construction orautomotive related industry.

3.  Experiencein using ERP System suchas Sage, SAP, Oracle Net Suite or Synergix Taskhub.

4.  Travelling required.
