Security Executive @Tai Seng

Information:

Mon - Fri: 8am to 5pm , Sat: 8am to 12pm;

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the security agency on the deployment and performance supervision of the Security Officers.

• Enforce company rules and regulations and security measures in the workplace.

• Respond to calls on emergency; incidents and accidents in the company premises

• Random spot checks o the night guards and foreign workers staying within and outside company quarters.

• Oversee the schedules and duties of the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness of the premises.

• Liaise with dormitory employees.

• Identify and implement effective measures to improve the overall security and housekeeping functions.

Requirements:

• Experience in security and fire safety in dormitory environments
• Background as a Police with valid PLRD security license
• Able to communicate in mandarin with PRC workers
