Job Description - Senior Air-Con Technician

Installation of air-conditioning systems (eg. FCU)
Perform testing and commissioning of air conditioning systems
Supervise and ensure proper installation works done by the sub-contractors
Perform servicing, maintenance & troubleshooting of air-conditioning systems
Diagnose and repair of air-conditioning system
Feasibility pre-installation design proposal as well as installation works
Chemical Cleaning & Overhaul Cleaning
Experience with split unit or VRV servicing
Ensure proper document, service report for maintenance works
Attend complaint related to Building Air Con and ventilation works
Supervise and ensure all works are carried out safely with safety procedures
Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
