Senior BIM Designer

· Setting up the framework for drawing production

· Prepare CAD Drawings and BIM models

· Provide leadership in guiding the junior designers on drawing and BIM model production

Requirements:

· ITE/Diploma from recognized institution

· Preferably with minimum 6 years of civil/ structural experience in engineering design consulting.

· Those with a BIM certificates or diploma will have added advantage

· Those with good working knowledge on BIM production from a contractor's background would be favourably considered.

· Good leadership skills

· Ability to harness BIM software/tools to improve productivity and an open mind inexploring different BIM tools

· Good and proven cadfile / model management skills

· Able to understand and appreciate the importance of workflow in drawings production

· Able to interpret design intent and translate into CAD or BIM

· Able to work under pressure with good time management skill
