Senior Business Development Executive (IFM

Our client is looking for a SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE to join the team. The role will be supporting the company’s growth in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), M&E, and building services sectors in Singapore. 

The candidate will support business development activities, tender coordination, client engagement, and proposal preparation for government and private sector projects.

• Job Title : Senior Business Development Executive / Manager (IFM/FM)
• Job location : EAST (Tampines)
• Working days : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm) , Saturday is non working days but on standby when needed (not frequent)

Key Responsibilities 

·      Support business development activities for IFM/FM projects 

·      Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and tender invitations

·      Coordinate tender submissions, pricing inputs, and proposal preparation 

·      Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotation sourcing 

·      Assist in tender costing and commercial coordination 

·      Build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners 

·      Coordinate   with   operations   and   technical   teams   during   tender

preparation 

·      Monitor tender portals andsubmission timelines 

·      Maintain tender records,proposal documents, and business development

databases 

Requirements 

·      Diploma  or  Degree  in  Engineering,  Facilities  Management,  Business,

Building Services, orrelated field 

·      Experience in IFM/FM,M&E, tender coordination, or business development

preferred 

·      Familiar with Singapore government tender processes will be an added

advantage 

·      Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills 

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 

·      Self-driven and able to work under tight timelines 

Preferred Experience 

Candidates  with  experience  in  the  following  areas  will  have  an  added advantage: 

·      Government IFM/FMtenders 

·      Tender costing and proposal preparation 

·      Hard FM and soft FM services 

·      ACMV, Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services sectors
