Senior Design Engineer (Arch) - Hospital

Responsibilities:

- CPrepare detailed architectural drawings, sections, elevations, and specifications under the direction of the Design Manager.

- Coordinate with other trades to ensure accurate integration of services, structure, and architectural details.

- Assist in producing design‑stage and construction‑stage architectural updates.

- Review subcontractor shop drawings and material submissions for compliance with design intent.

- Navigate BIM models to extract information and coordinate design changes.

Requirements:

- Familiarity with either Singapore or Hong Kong building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices.

- Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; professional registration is an advantage but not mandatory.

- 8+ years of relevant architectural design experience (consultant, design institute, or contractor background accepted).

- Strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit.

- BIM experience and knowledge is preferred.

- Good understanding of building envelope systems, interior fit‑out, and finishing details.

- Prior experience in public sector building projects, especially hospitals and healthcare facilities, will be considered a strong advantage.
