Senior Design Manager/ Design Manager / Assistant Design Manager - Hospital

Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design management for design‑build or traditional projects, either working alongside the in‑house design team or deployed directly to the main contractor’s project team.

- Integrate value engineering, constructability reviews, and risk assessments early in the design stage.

- Oversee design coordination across all disciplines (Arch, BS, Str, Civil).

- Manage and guide the internal architectural design team.

Requirements:

- In‑depth knowledge of either Singapore or Hong Kong building regulations, codes, and construction practices．Exposure to both markets will be an advantage.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture; professional qualification preferred, such as:

Hong Kong: HKIA, ARB Registered Architect

UK: RIBA Chartered Architect

Singapore: SIA Registered Architect

- 15+ years of relevant architectural design or design management experience (consultant, design institute, or contractor background accepted).

- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and procurement‑driven design.

- BIM experience and knowledge is preferred.

- Proven ability to manage large‑scale, fast‑track projects.

- Prior experience in public sector building projects, especially hospitals and healthcare facilities, will be considered a strong advantage.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Design Manager or Deputy/ Assistant Design Manager.
