We are currently recruiting for experienced Senior Engineer - Electrical to join our Building Services team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

● Leading electrical services design for building projects

● Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity

● Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and mechanical report writing

● Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants

● In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting

● Communicate effectively with the client, sub-consultants, contractors, and other parties relevant to the job

● Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the clients

● Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance

Key Requirements

· Degree in Electrical Engineering

· Minimum 5 years’ experience with 4 years in a consultancy environment

· Experience in leading roles for design & design management of health, commercial and/or institutional projects

· Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures

· Competent user of relevant engineering software

· Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English

· Able to work independently & exercise initiative

· Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives
